I have an unpredictable schedule. Can I still make this work?

Yes. We offer early morning, lunch, and evening sessions and work to accommodate schedule changes based on gym capacity. If you miss a session during the week, you can make it up within the same week. Many of our busiest members maintain consistent progress despite demanding careers because the program is designed for flexibility.

What if I travel frequently for work?

Your coach will help you maintain consistency around travel. When you're in town, you train. When you travel, you rest and come back ready to pick up where you left off. The program is designed to accommodate real life, not require perfect attendance.

How much time does this really require?

Just three sessions per week, typically 60-75 minutes each. That's around 3 hours per week total for a complete strength training program. Most busy professionals find this far more sustainable than trying to work out 5-6 days a week or spending hours in a gym without structure.
When you travel, you can train at any Starting Strength gym nationwide, follow a workout we program for you, or take a rest week. We work around your schedule to keep training consistent without the stress.
